Rocky Mountain National Park - the aspen were in perfect autumn color. 
Part of our visit was very foggy and misty (and sometimes pouring 
) It did clear out a bit later on… (The bottom photo is a young elk. )

Hiking through Zion National Park. It was very warm, but it was also very beautiful in the canyons. We had a quick stop at the Emerald Pools as well. Primarily studying the habitats on this shoot, but we were lucky enough to see some raptors soaring over the canyons and an impressive stag. (…and a few well fed park squirrels. 
)
