Every decade since 1980, the MAEP and the Minneapolis Institute of Arts (MIA) have co-hosted “Foot in the Door”—the state’s largest art exhibition. “Foot in the Door 4” is the fourth exhibition in the series and will be on view from February 19 through June 13.

A Pacific Northwest Tradition Since 1961, it has provided an authentic venue with a casual atmosphere. Gallery North is currently open seven days a week, located next to Starbucks on Main Street in Edmonds.
Gallery North will be hosting its Miniature Show in March 2010. Paintings are limited to 11×14 inclusive of framing.

Through our Show, we hope to increase artists’ appreciation for the native plants and animals of Alabama, recognize outstanding artistic talent, and generate funding to help achieve the natural resource conservation mission of the Alabama Wildlife Federation.”

Over the years, the show continues to grow in popularity, with the first weekend in May widely recognized as ‘wildlife art time’ in Fallbrook with strong sales and attendance from throughout our region (Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, and the Desert communities).
