This is a sketch of a snowy egret that was fishing a little area between the boulders on the beach for a little lunch in the Daytona Beach/New Smyrna Beach area of Florida. Some of my friends put up with me and my sister chasing all of the shorebirds down the beach with cameras.

This is a recent image of my miniature landscape painting that I am working on. It still has some more details and textures to be added to it, but the in-progress picture should give you an idea of how the miniature landscape is coming out.

This is a little thumbnail sketch for a miniature landscape painting I have started working on. It is a little western landscape (or waterscape 
). I took a hike back in the wild areas near Yellowstone National Park & followed this splashing stream for a bit as the sun started to go down. The autumn leaves were just past peak, giving a nice crispy brown color in a few places. I just loved the long shadows and rich color of the landscape.
