It is finally starting to feel like spring – it is warm enough to open the windows of my studio to listen to the birds sing during the day while I paint.
Things haven’t ‘greened up’ quite yet, but I am anxiously waiting for them to sprout.
This is a sketch of an iris from my garden (a blossom from last year). I felt like painting something warm and glowing that reminded me of early summer…

Rebecca l am starting up a web site Called “Wolf Creek” lt is for inporting and distributing motorcycle clothing and accesories l fell in love with one of your wolf drawings. l was then inspired to use the name wolf creek..l searched many wolf drawings and pictures but one of yours in particular was amazing and l would like to use it in my website. Actually all your drawings are amazing and l started drawing myself recently.
