Hey this picture is amazing. Is there any thing you would like to suggest for an upcoming artist?

  • Rebecca Says:

Make a lot of artwork. You learn from experience - working in your medium.

That, and make sure that you’re having fun in what you do. :)

Krisi, wolf, Lilya, Allie, Amy, Anon, Jennifer - Thanks for dropping by & leaving comments! :D I’m glad you like it!

    Well, tips…

Practice a LOT. Get critiques of your work - ask what you could do to improve them. Observe your subject…the shape, shading, colors…critical. Read lots of books - I like the books “More Wildlife Painting” & “Painting the Drama of Wildlife Step by Step”.

    Hope that helps some….

…Have you ever taken any sketching classes?

  • Allie Says:

Oh, and also, I was wondering, do you draw/sketch some of your work on computer?
(cause I know there is this one drawing computer program that people who draw anime do it on instead of just drawing on regular paper)

(The program looks so cool it has EVERYTHING that you would need to draw with! It has shadowing and pencil and literally HUNDREDS of doodads!)
