Things really begin to take shape now. Staying only with a limited color palette, the painting takes on a more 3-dimensional quality. Many things still have to be addressed, but continued postings will show progress in that direction as well.
Hope you can stick with me on this one!

I would like to know if you have DVD’s or products on how to learn watercolor like you do? I am a beginner and any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you.

Your work is beautiful. I am a beginner as well, and would like to know your response to Donna Anders. Do you have DVD’s or other suggestions for learning your style of painting? Thank you.

Currently we do not have any DVD’s or instructional products. We have been asked the same questions by many artists but do not have time to do it. If we ever do publish anything or have workshops, they will be posted on this website. In the mean time, I would suggest studying the work of Carl Brenders, Dan Smith, Terry Isaac, and others who are our mentors. While we have developed our own methods which differ in medium and/or style from theirs, we learned a great deal from them.

I replied to Donna’s inquiry as follows. I hope it will help you, too.
